Policies

Shipping and Handling. Shipping and Handling Chart:

Up to $ 50.00 - Add $7.00
$$50.01 - $100.00 - Add $8.75
$100.01 - $150.00 - Add $9.75
$150.01 - $250.00 - Add $10.50
$250.01 - $350.00 - Add $13.00
$350.01 and up - Add $15.00

These shipping charges apply only to the 48 contiguous United States.
A surplus charge of $15.00 will be added to all items shipped outside the continental United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to International addresses.

Domestic orders are usually shipped via UPS ground. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery.

Returns. We strive for 100% satisfaction for our customers, however if for some reason you must return a product it must be within 30 days of the shipping date. The item must be returned in its original carton with original packing material. All instructions, warranties, and any accessories shall be unmarked and returned with your item.

We apologize, but any opened videos, tapes and CD’s and books may not be returned.

For a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges and for any damages or missing items), you must call our customer service department at (954) 421-8266 between the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, or email us at customerservice@/. Once we confirm that the request for return is within the 30 days of the shipping date, we will then email you with the return authorization and instructions. DO NOT RETURN the item without proper authorization.

Product Warranties. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment. In the event that 30 days pass from date of shipment, you are advised to follow the manufacturer’s warranty instruction for repair service.

Damaged Items. If you receive an item that is damages in shipping, please do the following;
· Report the damage immediately to the carrier (UPS, Postal Service, or other carrier).
· Keep all packing materials in the same condition as you receive them. Claims cannot
   be made if packing materials are missing.
· Do not ship the package back to Amy’s Hearing Depot, Inc.; wait for the carrier to
   inspect and pick up the package.

Privacy/Security. We at Amy’s Hearing Depot, Inc. value your privacy. All your order information such as your name, address, phone number and credit card information is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security.

We do not provide any third party vendors with your phone number, e-mail address or credit card information.
